- Bookings made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
- All payments are non-refundable within 60 days of check-in.
Payment Policy: A 20% deposit is due within 5 days. The balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Cancellation Policy: Deposit: Non-refundable after 4 days from the date of booking. Balance payment: Fully refundable if you cancel more than 60 days before check-in. Non-refundable if you cancel within 60 days of check-in. Other Late bookings: Reservations made within 60 days of check-in require full payment at the time of booking. Exceptions: No refund exceptions are possible. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
