Cancellation policy

- Free cancellation within 7 days of booking confirmation.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the complete booking must be paid within 7 days of the reservation being made before a reservation can be confirmed. Full payment must be paid 60 days prior to the check-in date of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being cancelled. Notes: i. If the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the check-in date the fee incurred is the 20% non-refundable deposit. ii. If the booking is cancelled 60 days or less before check-in date, then a 100% cancellation fee applies. Check-in documents must be filled in prior to arrival. A link will be provided. Voyera strongly recommends guests obtain travel insurance that cover medical, injury and accommodation cancellations or date changes.
