- Free cancellation within 5 days of booking confirmation.
- Bookings made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
- All payments are non-refundable within 60 days of check-in.
Payment Policy: A 20% deposit is due within 5 days. However, full payment is required if the booking is made 60 days or less prior to check-in. When a reservation is made 6-21 days prior to arrival, the full payment deadline will be reduced to 48 hours from time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: Deposit: Non-refundable after 4 days from the date of booking. Balance payment: Fully refundable if you cancel more than 60 days before check-in. Non-refundable if you cancel within 60 days of check-in. Other Exceptions: No refund exceptions are possible. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. Summer Terms vary by the length of stay.
