- All payments are non-refundable within 60 days of check-in.
Payment Policy: A 20% deposit is due within 5 days. The balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Cancellation Policy: Deposit: Non-refundable after 4 days from the date of booking. Balance payment: Fully refundable if you cancel more than 60 days before check-in. Non-refundable if you cancel within 60 days of check-in.
